Arsenal have set their sights on winning the 2026-27 Women’s Super League after adding seven players during a busy summer transfer window. Georgia Stanway leads the arrivals from Bayern Munich, while academy graduate Lotte Wubben-Moy remains central to the club’s plans.
Beth Mead and Katie McCabe have departed as Arsenal lower the average age of the squad and prepare for another title challenge under Renee Slegers. Georgia Stanway is joined by Selina Cerci, Geraldine Reuteler, Ona Batlle, Misa Rodriguez, Lisa Baum and Isabella Damm.

Georgia Stanway Shows Full Commitment
Georgia Stanway marked her arrival by having “whatever the weather”, a lyric from the Arsenal anthem North London Forever, tattooed on her arm.
“It shows I’m going to give absolutely everything for this club. I want to hit the ground running, play my game, connect with my teammates, connect with the fans and look forward to an exciting future at the club.”
Arsenal completed most of their transfer business before pre-season began, giving Renee Slegers more time to work with the reshaped squad. The early activity also gives the club a chance to avoid the slow domestic starts that hurt them during the previous two campaigns.
Lotte Wubben-Moy Targets Starting Place
Lotte Wubben-Moy wants a regular place in defence after producing strong performances when covering for injured teammates.
“I’ve always felt ready,” Lotte Wubben-Moy said. “When I get my moment, I deliver.”
Technical director Jodie Taylor believes the blend of international arrivals and long-serving players can help Arsenal claim their first Women’s Super League title since 2019.
“I’ll flat out say it: we want to win the league.”
