Collingwood Football Club has extended its partnership with The Sporting Globe for a further two AFL seasons, ensuring the sports bar chain remains the club's official venue partner. The renewed agreement, announced this week, continues a relationship that began four years ago and aims to enhance the match day experience for Collingwood supporters across Australia through exclusive member offers and dedicated fan venues.
The extension strengthens one of the club's key commercial partnerships while providing additional benefits for members throughout the AFL season.
Partnership enters fourth year
Collingwood chief executive Craig Kelly said the extension reflects the club's commitment to creating more opportunities for supporters to connect on game days.
"We're pleased to extend our partnership with The Sporting Globe, giving our supporters more ways to come together and enjoy the match day experience."
"With great value offers during the season, The Sporting Globe welcomes the Magpie Army to enjoy the footy everywhere they are in Australia."
"We look forward to continuing to build on our relationship with TSG throughout the upcoming years."
The Sporting Globe operates 23 venues nationwide, giving Collingwood fans access to official gathering places regardless of where they are located.
Exclusive member benefits continue
As part of the renewed agreement, Collingwood members will continue to receive exclusive match day offers at The Sporting Globe venues.
The promotion includes $10.90 pints of Carlton Draught for members during every Collingwood match, available from the opening bounce until the final siren through The Sporting Globe mobile application.
The initiative is designed to encourage supporter engagement while delivering added value to club members throughout the season.
Shared focus on fan engagement
Signature Hospitality Group chief marketing officer Luke Peters said the partnership reflects the close connection between the two organisations and their shared focus on supporters.
"We're incredibly proud to extend our partnership with Collingwood Football Club."
"The Magpie Army is one of the most passionate supporter bases in the country and we're honoured to be part of that once again."
"With $10.90 pints of Carlton Draught for Pies Members during games and 23 venues across the country, every Collingwood fan has a home away from home on game day."
"The Magpie Army is everywhere, and so are we."
The Sporting Globe operates as one of Australia's leading sports bar and grill chains, with more than 50 screens across its venues, providing supporters with dedicated locations to watch live sport and gather during the AFL season.
The renewed agreement further strengthens Collingwood's commercial portfolio while continuing to offer members additional match day experiences beyond the football ground.
