Adelaide Crows Taylor Walker has delivered a firm message to the Australian Football League following another officiating mistake. The veteran forward is frustrated after officials missed a rule breach during the match against the Fremantle Dockers at Adelaide Oval. This Gather Round incident marks the fifth time the league has admitted to a late game blunder.
League officials confirmed that the Fremantle Dockers incorrectly stationed seven players in the attacking zone during a center bounce. This violated the mandatory six-six-six starting positions and should have resulted in a warning. Australian Football League chief executive Andrew Dillon acknowledged the oversight during a press conference.

Taylor Walker stood alongside Andrew Dillon and stated that he is tired of receiving official apologies. He believes the focus needs to shift toward fixing the system rather than acknowledging mistakes after the final siren. The Official AFL Website continues to monitor officiating standards across the competition.
“I just would like to know what we’re doing about it,” Taylor Walker told reporters. “Don’t continue to make apologies, but tell us what you’re going to do about it.” Andrew Dillon defended the list by stating that umpires “do a great job” while gaining more match experience.
